Vision:

1. Stengthen the bicycle culture in Red Deer, Alberta.

2. Promote the creation of dedicated bike lanes in Red Deer, Alberta.

3. Advocate for connectivity between bike lanes.

4. Promote predictable behavior of both cyclists and motorists: 

       - by developing a uniform infrastructure of bike lanes and

       - through public education of good cycling practices
